Hello!  I am a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), but my #1 role is being Mommy to my two amazing children.  As a parent that nursed two children for a total of 4 years, I can empathize with many of the challenges that come along in this journey.  I believe that “Support is Best!”

To me, this means meeting parents and their babies wherever they are in their feeding journey and giving them the support they need to reach their feeding goals.  I am passionate about health equity and educating parents so that they can make informed decisions.

My goal is always to support and empower the families I am honored to work with.  My work is my passion.
